Job Description
The Client Service Specialist team seeks a motivated individual who is good with customer relationship management and possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication. The Client Service Specialist will be a contributing member of this team dealing with various technical troubleshooting experiences for different Infor Nexus products.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Interacting and managing customer relationships through email or phone
* Analyzing and troubleshooting customer queries and see it through closure
* Helping user's complete transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific buyer - seller relationship requirements
* Communicating with various departments within Infor Nexus and our partners
* Work on customer cases using industry standard problem management tools
* Get trained and handle issues related to Infor Nexus Products
