• Redetection of New Business operation.
• Client Engagement at all levels
• Proactive in providing quality client service.
• Maintains contact with clients carriers and potential clients on a daily basis.
• Client service performance
• Other duties as assigned.
• Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the clients complaint determining the cause of the problem.
