Team Leader – Customer Care (Fixed Income)


Experience: 5–8 Years (Team Handling Mandatory)


  • Lead and manage a team of customer care/service executives in the wealth management domain
  • Ensure end-to-end client servicing for products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other investment products
  • Handle escalations from HNI / UHNI clients and ensure high service standards
  • Monitor daily operations, turnaround time (TAT), service quality, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Drive process improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency
  • Conduct team training, performance reviews, and ensure achievement of service KPIs
  • Prepare MIS, reports, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
