Our Client Services team is the first point of contact within the business for all our customers; dealing with all aspects of their travel experience as well as liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer service .

Your Responsibilities

• Full ownership and maintenance of the Duty Roster for Client Services having over 220 team members
• Maintain overview of team coverage, requesting overtime, changing shifts where needed to support Global Coverage
• Assignment of cover for unmanned teams when required
• Consolidate reports for Payroll and HR
