As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Centre, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center are smooth and align with the company's business strategy.
- Handle client requests through phone calls, written channels.
- Drive sales results by initiating outreach communications with clients.
- Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience.
- Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets.
- Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions.
- Work closely with Stores to enhance client's requests.
