Position at loanDepot Position Summary:Responsible for auditing and approving incoming and existing broker applications including license management, due diligence, operations, and sales support. This position requires a strong background in mortgage broker and correspondent licensing and compliance. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all . state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities:

Approves broker/correspondent relationships for West and East Coast.

Completes due diligence requirements by reviewing company and principal officer information, analyzing LexisNexis, court records and regulatory databases to make approval determination.
