The Laddoo Wala is a fast-growing luxury sweets and gourmet gifting brand , known for premium craftsmanship, curated hampers, and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-focused Client Servicing Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with premium clients , has a creative mindset , and thrives in a service-driven, detail-oriented environment.
What you'll do
• Manage end-to-end client servicing & customer experience for retail and corporate clients
• Handle enquiries across phone, Whats App Business, email & social media
• Coordinate orders with sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Support corporate gifting, bulk orders & festive campaigns
• S ocial media post ideas, overview, content approval and customer communication
What we're looking for
• 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Customer Success / Hospitality / Luxury Retail
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about service excellence
• Knowledge of and interest in e-commerce (preferred)
