Job Duties/Description:

  • Responsible for receiving incoming client phone calls (average 10/day)
  • Handling client service questions and escalating appropriately
  • Handle service calls relating to withdrawals, annuity funds, tax statements and various claims
  • Assist in filling out requested documents and process appropriately
  • Follow service requests from start to finish
  • Scan completed documents and upload to Salesforce
  • Maintain client information in database
  • Assist Financial Advisors with preparation ahead of client meetings
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience processing detailed paperwork
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
