General Purpose

The position is responsible for providing exceptional service to the clients of the Ontario Veterinary College Health Sciences Centre and is an integral part of the OVC HSC veterinary care team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors via phone, email and at reception areas.
  • Support clinicians, support staff, and students with patient/client admissions, discharges, transfers, and any follow-up inquiries.
  • Answer billing inquiries from clients, referral clinics, Revenue Control, and the general public via phone and in person, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Input charges into invoices as required and review and audit invoices to ensure charges are applied correctly.
