The Client Services Coordinator provides foundational support to the Client Services team by ensuring tools, content, assets, and systems are accurate, organized, and easy to access. This role is ideal for someone early in their advertising career who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, brings strong attention to detail, and takes pride in being a reliable operational partner to client-facing teams.


You will support campaign launches, creative workflows, internal documentation, and ongoing team communications.




What You Will Do


  • Provide day-to-day support to the Client Services team across campaigns and internal initiatives

  • Own and maintain Client Services Sales Hub content, ensuring information is current and accurate

  • Create and share screenshots for all launching campaigns
