Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients before, during, and after events
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event technology solutions
Project & Event Support
- Coordinate event technology setup, configuration, and delivery based on client requirements
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple concurrent events
- Support live events, including real-time troubleshooting and on-site or virtual assistance when required
Technical & Product Support
- Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of event technology platforms
