Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients before, during, and after events
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event technology solutions

Project & Event Support

  • Coordinate event technology setup, configuration, and delivery based on client requirements
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple concurrent events
  • Support live events, including real-time troubleshooting and on-site or virtual assistance when required

Technical & Product Support

  • Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of event technology platforms
  • Provide guidance on platform features such as registration, mobile apps, virtual platforms, lead capture, analyti...
