Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to own and manage a defined portfolio of UK-based clients operating in the mid-shift time zone. This role is critical to client retention, performance, and long-term growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for non-sales matters and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

  • Own and manage a portfolio of UK-based clients, maintaining regular engagement and acting as the primary point of contact for non-sales matters.
  • Coordinate and resolve client issues across performance, HR, and IT, escalating risks early and maintaining accurate CRM records.
