Client Services Executive - Payments / Treasury

Contract duration: 12 months

Pay: £337.55/day PAYE or £400/day via umbrella

Location: Manchester (hybrid working - 4 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Servicing clients across the Central and Continental Europe
• Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other product/service issues.
• Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
• You will also provide day to day servicing support to Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clients
