Overview
Conplant Pty Ltd is Australia's leading specialist compaction equipment hire and sales company. We are seeking a motivated Client Services Manager to manage all aspects of the hire and sales operations across Greater Perth and throughout regional Western Australia.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving growth and your energy and enthusiasm to get out on the road and meet customers will enable you to effectively drive business across these important regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of quotes, developing call plans and managing the overall sales process and delivery of superior customer service. This is an autonomous role with scope for someone with passion and drive to really shine. To deliver in the key areas of the role you will require the following experience and skills:
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and meet customers across Greater Perth and regional Western Australia.
- Prepare quotes, develop call plans and manage the overall sales process.
- Deliver superior customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Work autonomously and remotely with regular travel as required.
- Travel to meet potential customers on construction sites and at their place of business.
Other responsibilities include ongoing business development, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to support customers.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales and Marketing or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 yearsβ experience in plant/construction equipment hire and capital equipment sales, including trade-ins, with a solid understanding of compaction and/or civil construction industries, including working with local and state government.
- Enthusiastic and passionate approach to business development with the ability to set and exceed targets.
- Willingness to cold call/meet potential customers on construction sites and at their place of business.
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office for sales reports and presentations.
- Experience using a CRM system (training will be provided).
- Full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing forms part of our selection procedures.

Travel and Availability
The postholder will be required to work away from home with regular travel and overnight stays as and when required.
