Work Location: Noida, India

Work Type: Onsite 5 days

Working Hours: Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)


Staffing Industry experience

Education: Bachelor's degree


Required Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services industry (Perm Placements/Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, SOW)
  • Supported SI/IT Services organizations
  • Heavy end to end recruiting and sales life cycle experience
  • Prior experience with Client Relationship & Communication (Hiring Manager, TAG, MSP, Procurement)
  • Prior experience of Sales and Account Management experience
  • Prior experience with ATS, LinkedIn and VMS tools
  • Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Navigator or similar
  • Prior experience with HubSpot and Zoom Info.
  • Technology understanding is highly preferred.


  • Ideally supported LATAM/Mexico region
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Great personality and interpersonal skills
  • Spanish language is highly preferred Skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Business Development, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Setup client meetings, New Logo, & Targeted Outreach.
