In this role, the Client Services Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for recruiting processes for Talent Solutions RPO clients and directly manage a team of recruiting professionals. The CSM works with a ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Leads and directly with the Client to create and implement innovative processes. Typically, the CSM will work directly with Recruiting Leadership and Hiring Authorities within the Client company to ensure a successful partnership.
