Responsibilities

  • Assist Private Bankers on daily administrative and operational tasks and attend to clients’ instructions precisely and in a timely manner.
  • Assist Private Bankers in managing and reviewing their client bases to ensure optimal productivity and compliance.
  • Identify and act on any potential cross-selling opportunities.
  • Liaise with back office colleagues for any inquiries or discrepancies on transaction requests.
  • Ensure services provided to clients meet/exceed client’s expectation and are consistent with CIMB Private Banking service standards.
