Job Description

+ Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, providing timely assistance or redirecting as needed.

+ Coordinate translation services to support project requirements.

+ Oversee activities related to Mexico Representation.

+ Manage the payments process accurately and efficiently.

+ Utilize company resources, systems, and financial tools to plan, staff, implement, control, and evaluate assigned projects.

+ Collaborate with internal offices worldwide and other departments on project intake, time tracking, invoicing, delivery, and follow-up.

+ Serve as liaison for consultants and critical suppliers, coordinating schedules, project calendars, and resource availability.

+ Assist with booking resources and managing timesheets as assigned.

+ Maintain secure and accurate client documentation.

+ Support the maintenance and communication of project-related procedures to ensure consistency across teams.
