Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Connect existing clients with their legal teams and provide quick solutions to concerns.
  • Direct calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers to the appropriate legal staff while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Redirect potential new clients to the Intake department.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client cases.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume call environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DocuSign.
  • Experience using standard office equipment (phones, computers, fax, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients in distress.
