Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Elite Client Support Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, assisting the Elite Banking business segments with daily operational matters, and conveying process gaps and opportunities to reduce turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality & unbiased service to all clients assigned to your portfolio by phone, emails or in person.
  • Clients point of contact in the absence of their primary representative manager (RM).
  • Process client Transfers/Remittances/FD/FX deals within agreed TAT as per SLA agreements. Obtain special rates and track from end-to-end for successful completion.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports on turnover times with respective business units for escalation purposes.
