We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative who thrives in live conversations and takes full ownership of customer outcomes.
About 80% of your day will be spent on calls, supporting customers, clarifying situations, and ensuring issues move forward with confidence and professionalism.
Customers feel informed, supported, and confident after speaking with you
Support a variety of scenarios, even when processes aren't fully defined
