Atlanta's fastest growing 3rd party collections agency, is seeking a **Client Services Representative** for our Marietta location. Sequium Asset Solutions, a H.E.R.O (Highly Effective Recovery Operation) has engineered the most sophisticated and technologically advanced collections program in the entire industry.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Various reporting tasks for both internal and external clients, these reports are deadline driven and must be accurate
- Responsible for entering of new business that is manually placed
- Accountable for closing and updating accounts per client's request
- Responsible for tracking new business totals and sending them out to Key personnel
- Will work with other departments to make sure that all customer needs are met accurately and in a timely fashion
- Some filing and administrative duties within the department
