Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

+ Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

+ Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications.

+ Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed.
