The Role

The Reservation Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through confident, professional, and value‑driven communication across multiple channels, including phone calls, live chat, and email entirely in English. This role requires strong critical thinking, active listening, and the ability to guide guests through the reservation and sales process while maintaining clear boundaries and a customer‑centric approach.

  • Pay up to $15,000 MXN (before taxes).
