Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our International BPO operations in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
