Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and other channels.
Support Relationship Management: Assist senior team members and relationship managers in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Process Client Transactions: Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, including processing client requests, updating records, and preparing standard reports on client activity.
Resolve Client Issues: Address and resolve client complaints or issues professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Ensure Compliance: Support Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes by assisting with documentation and checks, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
