As a Client Servicing / Account Management Executive at FoxyMoron , you will support the client servicing team in managing client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to the media and digital marketing ecosystem while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of client brands, including their identity, values, objectives, and target audience, to support effective campaign execution.
- Assist in executing campaigns by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals under the guidance of senior team members.
- Perform quality checks on content and support the publishing of content across social media platforms.
- Support the team in receiving, decoding, and executing briefs for ongoing and new campaigns.
- Create and maintain weekly Job Status Reports (JSRs) to track deliverables, timelines, and campaign progress.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all outputs align with the brand’s tone, voice, and guidelines.
- Gather data and inputs to support the preparation of performance, social media, and brand analysis reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with internal teams to contribute to content calendars, campaign ideas, and concepts.
- Provide support for Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities when required.
- Conduct routine hygiene checks and coordinate with Media, SEO, and Web teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
