Role Description

This full-time role is designed for a Client Servicing cum Studio Manager. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires overseeing studio projects, coordinating the workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs. Additional responsibilities include managing client communications effectively, addressing service-related inquiries, and collaborating with the in-house design studio to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering positive client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs and expectations effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with graphic design concepts and advertising is a plus
• Proficiency in time management and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to maintain MIS, generate reports in excel
