Job Description

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives thoroughly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business.

• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews.

• Plan and organize events while ensuring optimal use of time and budgets.

2. 2. Project Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations, finance) to develop event concepts and budgets.

• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, event decks, and timelines.

• Oversee project execution from briefing to post-event closure.

• Track project deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion.

3. 3. Communication & Coordination:

• Ensure proactive and clear communication regarding project updates, approvals, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with vendors and partners for logistics, setup, and event production.

• Maintain documentation, internal coordination sheets, and project records.


4. 4. Financials & Reporting:

• Ensure timely billing, invoice submission, and payment follow-ups.

• Track project expenses and maintain cost sheets.

• Prepare post-event review reports, performance summaries, and client feedback documentation.

5. 5. Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Support new business pitches through presentations and concept discussions.
