We work with leading global MNCs across IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, Media, and Tech , and we pride ourselves on creativity, reliability, and flawless execution .

We’re now looking for a Client Experience Executive —someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about creating meaningful client experiences.

Function:  Client Servicing & Event Manager

Location:  NIBM, Pune (On-site)

• Act as the primary point of contact  for clients and partners
• Attend client meetings and interpret client briefs with clarity and intent
• Understand client objectives, brand vision, and event outcomes
• Conduct in-depth research  and create impactful presentations aligned with the brief
• Handle day-to-day client coordination  and communication
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Design teams  to ensure seamless delivery
• Support senior team members with backend coordination, research, and ideation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors  for smooth project execution
• Manage Backstage and event run order during on ground events .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong passion for events, experiences, and brand storytelling
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva
• Strong research skills  (Google, Pinterest, trend platforms, references)
• Confident, proactive, and strong interpersonal & networking abilities

• 1–2 years  of relevant experience in
• Events / Media / Advertising / PR
  

• ₹4.2 - 4.5 LPA (CTC) + Medical Insurance
