We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing professional to manage day-to-day client communication and ensure seamless execution of digital and communication requirements. The role involves understanding client needs, translating them into clear briefs, and coordinating with internal teams for timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client briefs and develop effective communication & digital strategies
• Coordinate with Creative, Tech, social media, SEO, and Content teams
• Ensure timely execution and quality of all deliverables
• Present work to clients, manage feedback, and revisions
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and new business
• Share regular performance and activity reports
• Support account operations including POs, invoices, and collections

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
