Role Overview
The Client Servicing – Mainline professional will manage end-to-end client coordination for ATL and integrated campaigns. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, supporting pitches and presentations, and ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines
Manage approvals, feedback loops, and timelines across campaigns
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Campaign Planning & Execution
Coordinate execution of mainline campaigns across print, outdoor, TV, radio, and integrated platforms
Work closely with Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery
Track deliverables, schedules, and quality standards
Ensure campaigns are executed as per approved brief and timelines
Pitching & Presentations
Support and participate in new business pitches and client presentations
Assist in developing pitch decks, creative presentations, and proposal documents
Coordinate internal inputs and ensure presentation accuracy and impact
Internal & External Coordination
Liaise with internal teams including Creative, Media, Finance, and Production
Coordinate with vendors, printers, media partners, and other stakeholders
Ensure clear communication and seamless handovers between teams
Budgeting & Reporting
Assist in preparing estimates, cost sheets, and campaign budgets
Track billing, releases, and post-campaign reports
Ensure financial and process compliance
Skills & Competencies
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Clear understanding of mainline advertising and campaign workflows
Good presentation and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
Experience working in mainline or integrated advertising agencies
Exposure to ATL campaigns (Print, OOH, TV, Radio)
Experience handling multiple clients or brands
