We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves handling technical queries related to domains and DNS, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with technical aptitude to support clients effectively while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

What you will do:
• Serve as the first point of contact for client technical queries and support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to domain registration, transfers, renewals, and related services.
• Provide guidance on DNS configuration, zone record management (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.), and domain propagation.
• Assist clients with TLD-specific requirements, policies, and restrictions.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex or critical issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups using the ticketing system.
• Educate clients on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize value.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, domain ecosystem changes, and DNS-related updates.
Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, technical support, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with the capability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, IP addressing, HTTP/HTTPS, and APIs is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and ticketing systems.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Requirements
Requirements: Experience: 10-15+ years in marketing, growth strategy, or related roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing. Exceptional content creation, storytelling, and brand-building skills. Experience in budget management, KPI-driven marketing execution, and revenue growth strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate across departments. Experience in B2B marketing, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or similar industries is preferred.
