  • The Client Solution Owner (CSO) is a core member of the project team and works full-time on the engagement.
  • The CSO is responsible for ensuring the implementation delivers measurable business value by aligning product configuration and delivery with the client’s operational needs.
  • This role acts as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team, guiding solution approaches and aligning stated requirements with underlying business objectives.
  • The CSO collaborates closely with the Integration Lead, where applicable, to ensure alignment between business processes and data integrations.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Product management background.
  • Airline business knowledge or aviation domain experience.
