+ Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and activities to assess impact on performance, perception, and risk, and identify opportunities to strengthen outcomes.

+ Deliver concise, insight-driven deliverables that clearly articulate implications, recommendations, and the “so what” needed to guide future actions.
