Role Purpose

As the Client Solutions Director, you take ownership for the acquisition, retention and profitable growth of our Talent Solutions clients. You lead and collaborate on the development and execution of strategic solutions to meet the specific talent and workforce needs of prospective and existing clients in your region. You are responsible for embedding, promoting and landing our strategic goals and objectives, enthusing and inspiring people behind it. You build an agile change culture and positively champion and embrace the new. You seek to act as a thought leader and strategic partner to our prospects developing solutions which enable them to achieve their people led objectives.
