**DESCRIPTION**
Join our 12-week program (5/25/26 - 8/13/26) designed for college juniors eager to jumpstart their careers in the retail industry. Premium seeks to provide a rewarding opportunity to interns to develop technical, management and leadership skills outside of the classroom. There is a $1000 bonus upon full completion of internship.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Receive training and perform duties in several functional areas such as client solutions, operations, retail, sales or other administrative support departments.
+ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
+ Monitor performance progress based on goals created with management and key trainers/mentors.
+ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
