Service Delivery Manager :-
- 12+ Years of experience
- Bangalore
- Mobile application development project experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in software development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, managing client expectations, and building strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Leading and managing service delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring team members are well-trained and motivated.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Overseeing the entire service delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
- Performance Management: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking service performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams (e.G., product, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.
