Position Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets across multiple regions and markets. The role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to propose appropriate solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and platform demonstrations independently.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics;
    share regular reports with management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of consultative selling and sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with clients across different geographies is an added advantage.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
