Job Description

Role Purpose

To support day-to-day inventory and shipment co-ordination job scope to our strategic client and work closely with our operation team to deliver on-time service standards and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary support contact to our strategic client
  • Provide solutions to our strategic client whenever needed
  • Coordinate operational, documentation, and service-related issues with internal teams
  • Track jobs and shipments, follow up on action items, and ensure timely and accurate updates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through post-issue reviews and feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification and above. A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant fields will be an added advantage
