Fintonia Group is building a tech-enabled digital assets financial services platform, with offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, combining a strong background in traditional finance with disruptive technology.

The Role

We are seeking for a dynamic Client Solutions professional to support and grow Fintonia’s OTC counterparty network in the digital assets ecosystem. The role focuses on sourcing, introducing, and managing relationships between institutional and high-value market participants. The ideal candidate is commercially aggressive, relationship-driven, and supporting strategic partnerships related to fiat and digital asset infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

OTC CounterpartyAcquisition & Relationship Management

  • Source, engage, and qualify institutional, corporate, and affluent counterparties to participate in Fintonia’s OTC counterparty network and liquidity ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, developing an understanding of their liquidity interests, preferred transaction structures, and engagement patterns.
  • Act as a primary relationship contact for counterparties, coordinating commercial discussions, liquidity requirements, and post-trade communications between transacting parties.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic communication, and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM tracking of leads, opportunities, and external interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure appropriate onboarding, documentation, and compliance alignment in relation to OTC counterparty interactions.
  • Strengthen Fintonia’s market presence by introducing its investment philosophy and fund ecosystem to a network of eligible counterparties.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, OTC pricing trends, liquidity conditions in major crypto/fiat pairs, and regulatory developments.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, sector benchmarks, and best practices across OTC market participants and related crypto infrastructure providers.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams (product, trading, risk) to refine service delivery and experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise closely with Trading, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding, trade execution, settlement, and reporting.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, trade transparency, and risk controls.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in crypto OTC, institutional sales, trading, or client solutions (including remittance/FX or payments).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of OTC trade lifecycle, price discovery, liquidity, and execution mechanics.
  • Familiarity with remittance flows, payment corridors, and settlement systems is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable engaging with institutional clients, funds, affluent individuals and liquidity providers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to key markets (e.g., Mandarin).
