Partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.

What you'll be working on

• Interpret and validate client needs to determine appropriate service responses
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve client concerns
• Enter and update client and service data accurately
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Monitor open jobs and make sure they are completed on time
• Help improve systems and processes when needed
