Client Solutions Specialist – Telemarketing engages with potential clients through outbound calls, understands their needs, and presents suitable solutions to drive sales, appointments, or lead generation while maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform sales tasks by initiating contact with prospects and customers.
- Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
- Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts in the Philippine market.
Job Requirements
Educational Attainment:
- At least 2 years vocational/diploma or 2 years undergraduate study with no back subjects
- Degree in Finance and/or Marketing is an advantage
