Job Description

  • Create innovative and intelligent strategies to solve the client’s marketing and communication needs, both in the short and long term.
  • Develop integrated opportunities and bring in new resources in areas beyond advertising to grow the client’s and agency’s business.
  • Form a strong bond with the mid-level and senior clients, search for ways to enhance the client-agency relationship, and be a trusted advisor to the clients.
  • Understand and oversee the financial aspect of the client-agency contract (approvals, estimates, purchase orders, iterations, number of jobs, etc.).
  • Analyse primary and secondary research and develop recommendations from them.
  • Actively participate in developing the brief for new primary research.
  • Balance the agency’s POV while also serving as the client advocate during internal discussions and meetings.
