**Client Success Advisor - GRC**
We are seeking an experienced **Client**Success Advisor who will not only drive the adoption and retention of our platform but also uncover new growth opportunities for our key clients.
Mode: Hybrid in Guadalajara
️ Two days at home and three days in the office
️ English: Advanced
**What will be your mission?**
- You will **configure and**adapt our solution to perfectly meet each client's business objectives.
- You will **thoroughly** evaluate GRC needs and challenges, proposing strategic solutions.
- You will **ensure** clients understand and maximize their use of the platform, identifying and mitigating risks of low adoption.
- You will **collaborate** closely with the Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to continuously improve our platform based on client experience.
- You will **proactively** share the latest GRC trends and regulations, positioning yourself as an expert for our clients.
