We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑centric Client Success Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our Client Success Manager in delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing onboarding, nurturing long‑term relationships, and contributing to retention and growth across a portfolio of B2B customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their subscriptions and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the corporate inbox and respond to account‑related queries.
