We're Hiring: Client Success Assistant

Enjoy helping clients have a smooth and positive experience? As a Client Success Assistant, you'll support onboarding, track client needs and ensure follow-ups are timely and meaningful.

What You'll Do

Welcome new clients and guide them through simple onboarding steps

Follow up after sessions to address basic questions and share next actions

Keep records updated with notes, progress and follow-up requirements

Coordinate with the team to deliver a consistent client journey

Assist with simple service tasks that enhance client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
  • Friendly, patient and client-focused
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask and keep track of follow-ups
  • Experience in service support, admin or customer-facing roles is preferred
