Job Description:

Client Success/Account Managers are responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the team - from their work efficiency to campaign status. They also represent the company throughout campaigns and when interacting with clients, reporting every numbers they can.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a similar role.
  • Experience in account and client relationship management, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Amenable to work in an office-based setup.
  • Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required!
