Client Success Manager and Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage all current clients, including picking up phone lines, onboarding new clients, completing demos, ensuring all contracts are signed, and keeping client files up to date.
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Provide clients with access to Helport or the live monitoring system and conduct demos with them.
  • Assist with marketing for new clients by engaging in digital marketing and utilizing the referral program to attract new clients from existing ones.
  • Follow up with marketing leads and convert them into new clients.
  • Produce and update policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and develop plans and ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys with all clients.
