Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored solutions to optimize the customers experience and ensure they are maximizing the value of our products.
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation by providing clear guidance, resources, and tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the behavioral health space after the sale, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
